Biking, Hiking or Horseback Riding Retreat
Choose from biking, hiking, or horseback riding. Bear River Ranch Vacation Rental offers easy access to many scenic trails (including training for Tevis trails and other endurance and XP multi-day events), canyons, and the American and Yuba Rivers. Bear River Ranch Vacation Rental is close to the Western States Trail, which is great training for endurance riding.

Rates for all Biking, Hiking and Horseback Riding packages are:
• Half days: $120 for one person - $65 for two or more people.
• Whole day: $175 for one person - $105 for two or more people.
Reservation deposit: 50% of package price.
Lunch Option available at an additional $10 per person.
Discounts available for groups of five or more. Please call for more details. Bring your own horse or bike.

Wine Lover's Package
Let us arrange a visit to some of the local wineries. Includes picnic lunch for two for $60, plus room. Additional options, including guided tours, are available. Please call for details.

Romance Package
Make your stay extra special...and romantic! We'll prepare a chilled bottle of champagne and a fresh bouquet of flowers for you and your loved one. Add $35 to your room rate. Please note: you must request this special package when making your Vacation Rental stay reservation.

Honeymoon Package
Choose wine or champagne and a beautiful bouquet of flowers for $35 above the room rate. We can even arrange for a relaxing on-site massage for two. Call ahead to give us time to arrange the details.

Cancelation Policy
Refunds are dependent upon our ability to find a substitute tenant. If a cancellation is made prior to receipt of any of the payment, your deposit would be refunded only if we can find a substitute tenant.
For cancellations made after payment of any portion of the rent, forfeiture of the rent received would result if we are unable to find a substitute tenant, but the deposit and city tax would be returned. If we should need to re-advertise in order to fill your cancellation, we would deduct any expenses incurred in trying to re-rent the condo from any monies due to you. (This generally would only occur if a cancellation is made within 1-3 weeks of the arrival date.)
If you should need to cancel, we will make every effort to find a substitute tenant. (For the few people who have canceled to date, we have been able to find other renters.)

Bear River Ranch Vacation Rental is a non-smoking facility. All rates subject to 10.0% Transient Occupancy Tax.

We are happy to accommodate house-trained, good natured pets. We also accpet well-behaved pet owners, particularly if their pets can vouch for them. Our pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.

If you plan to bring your pet(s), you must notify us at the time you make your reservation, as pets are not allowed inside. We have arranged designated "Pet-friendly" areas outside. We ask that our guests follow these pet guidelines:

• You are responsible for your pet's behavior. We have an outdoor grassy area and trash receptacle available for your use. Pets must remain on leashes or under your command at all times while on ranch property.
• Feel free to bring your pet's favorite blanket or bed.
• We like that pet owners use Frontline for pest control so their animals are more comfortable.
• Aggressive dogs are not accepted, nor are young pups. Your loving pet must be good around other people and like all dogs. We ask that larger dogs be restricted to 90 pounds. Pet owners will be responsible for any damages, injury or lost revenue that may be caused by your pet.
